We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your Treetop Hemp Co. shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 3 days of receipt by writing to [email protected] You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping to be eligible for a replacement order. Refunds will not be issued for products that were damaged during shipping.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a refund of the full purchase price of your returned product minus shipping costs. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from TreetopHempCo.com. Returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days of the product received date. To be eligible for a refund the returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit as determined by your financial institution. Funds are usually returned within 5 – 7 business days.

- Your return shipping address
- The reason for the return
We do not offer exchanges for any reason so please be sure to thoroughly review your order details before checking out.
